Culver Town Clerk, Karen Heim wants to remind citizens that the last day for leaf pickup will be Friday, December 2.
The town will continue to pick up brush as needed after that.
As you are cleaning up your yards, please remember to keep sticks and brush separate from the leaves. Rake the leaves to the curb and not in the street. Also please keep leaf piles off landscaping material such as mulch and rocks because the vacuum is very powerful and will suck up the landscape material too. The new leaf truck is operated from the cab of the truck to please keep leaf piles away from telephone/power poles and mailboxes.
