Attorney James Easterday has filed an application with the Culver Plan Commission on behalf of Sage Road II LLC for approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow the construction of multiple private structures and private recreational facilities on a 53-acre parcel.

The notice states that the property owner seeks to rezone the property at 18997 20A Road in Culver from S-1 to PUD.  

A public hearing of the Primary Plan Review, the Secondary Plan Review, and the Planned Unit Development application will be held on Tuesday, November 15th at 6:30 p.m. in the Culver Municipal Building at 200 East Washington Street.  Citizens may appear either in person, present in writing, or be represented by an attorney and present any reasons why they want the Culver Plan Commission to grant or deny the petition.
