The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, November 1st in the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall. 

The Plan Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will include the request for a minor subdivision of two lots on Commerce Street in the Industrial Park zoned Industrial. 

The commission will also continue the discussion of sidewalks regarding 777 North Oak Drive, the new section of storage units on the west side of the street next to Beacon Credit Union. 

The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 and only has one item on the agenda.  Mary Prochaska was granted a special use to operate a Montessori School at 701 Lake Avenue in a Traditional Residential District in August.  She is now seeking a special use to operate the school at 800 North Center Street in a Traditional Residential District.

Both the Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are open to the public for comments and questions.
