On Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at approximately 10:30 P.M., Marshall County Police were dispatched to the 4400 block of East Shore Drive at Lake of the Woods in Bremen for an intoxicated male destroying the residence.
When Deputy Wozniak arrived on the scene, the intoxicated male began throwing items at an officer’s vehicle. The male then attempted to run into the residence and resisted officers.
44-year-old Wesley J. Spain of 4479 East Shore Drive was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication. He was held on a $750 cash bond.
