54-year-old Todd Sullivan of Jackson Heights Road in Plymouth was arrested by Officer Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department on Monday, October 24th.
At 7:40 in the evening, Plymouth Police were dispatched to a possible impaired male in a vehicle around Walmart. The vehicle left the Walmart area and officers located it on 8th Street parked in Packard Woods near Freedom Park.
Marshall County Deputy Bennett assisted Officer Gilmer with K-9 Diesel at the scene.
Todd Sullivan was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
