On Monday, October 10th, just after 2 p.m. Plymouth Police arrested 33-year-old Josephina Cabrera of Plymouth.
Cabrera was arrested for an outstanding warrant at the Comfort Suites in Plymouth which was also listed as her residence. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
The Marshall County bookings sheet lists her felony arrest warrant as Welfare Fraud. She was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
