On Saturday, September 10th, at approximately 10:15 at night, a Marshall County Officer stopped a 2000 Ford Mustang in the area of Michigan and 4A Roads.

K9 “Bear” was called to the scene and alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Officers found a methamphetamine pipe with residue that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Mark A. Ulery, age 52 of 7th Road in Plymouth, was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
