On Saturday, August 20th, at approximately 2:00 AM, a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a gray 2003 Lincoln Navigator in the area of US 30 and Union Road.

During the course of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 31-year-old Erin Calderon Perez of South Street in Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license. There were also fake registration plates on the vehicle. Erin Calderon Perez was transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a vehicle Without ever receiving a Driver’s License.

On Sunday, August 21nd, at approximately 11:00 PM, a Marshall County deputy initiated a traffic stop on a 2005 Honda minivan in the area of US 31 and 16th Road.

During the course of the investigation, the driver, 30-year-old Roberto N. Jarquin Lopez of East Garro Street in Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license and having false license plates on the vehicle. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a vehicle Without ever receiving a Driver’s License and was given a cash bond of $105.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
