Sheriff Matthew Hassel is pleased to announce that six Marshall County D.A.R.E. students were honored this year for winning their school’s D.A.R.E. Essay.
Lucas Schrameyer, son of Jaime Schrameyer was the Argos Community Schools D.A.R.E. essay winner.
Lydia Wray, daughter of Brian and Elizabeth Wray;
Chase Holderread, son of Brady and Rachel Holderread; were the Plymouth Community Schools D.A.R.E. essay winners.
Kamden Guse, son of Kurt and Shirley Guse was the St. Paul’s Lutheran School D.A.R.E. essay winner.
Roman Valdez, son of Chico and Nichole Valdez was the Bremen Public School D.A.R.E. essay winner.
Natalie Mevis, daughter of Nathan and Jenny Mevis was the Triton School D.A.R.E. essay winner.
Each student has been presented a check from Project D.A.R.E. of Marshall County for $100.00 from their school’s D.A.R.E. Officer. Their names will also be added to their school’s D.A.R.E. essay winner’s plaque that is displayed at their school.
