On Tuesday, August 9th Plymouth Police were dispatched to Walmart for a report of theft at 6:30 p.m.
Officer Beatty completed an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 46-year-old Virginist M Early of Bourbon. Early was taken into custody for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
