32-year-old Aaron Chipman of Holloway Drive in Plymouth was arrested on Thursday, August 4th after Plymouth Police officers located him near the intersection of West Jefferson and 5th Streets.
Chipman was taken into custody for outstanding warrants out of Marion County. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and will be held until he is extradited to Marion County.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
