Linda Yoder, Executive Director of Marshall County Community Foundation and United Way has announced the next Leadership Marshall County Class. Registration for the 28th Leadership Class is open until Thursday, August 25. Currently, there are 15 confirmed participants with openings for more.

Leadership Marshall County is looking for existing and emerging leaders to participate in the program that is a one-stop shop for building your leadership capacity as well as networking with other leaders in the county.

Leadership Marshall County is a 9-session monthly program that will help you identify personal/professional leadership challenges and create an action plan to increase your skill sets.  You will network with existing and emerging community leaders, broaden your knowledge of and understanding of the critical issues affecting Marshall County and enhance self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness.

Participants in Leadership Marshall County will design strategies to increase their leadership agility, adaptability, and flexibility which will help them manage change and optimize thinking in high-performance environments and build leadership confidence and courage in uncertain times.  You will become a 3-way leader: leader of yourself, leader of others you empower, and leader of teams.  You will also cultivate a commitment to community service through class sessions with Marshall County community leaders.
