The Marshall County Commissioner opened bids for a demolition project for the Unsafe Building Board plans to do at 15910 Olive Trail, the Howard Schillaci property.
The commissioners opened two bids, one from Langfeldt Excavating and the second from Stowers Excavating from Elwood, IN. Langfeldt Excavating quoted $18,800 for the demolition of 15910 Oliver Trail. Stowers Excavating presented a quote of $15,000 for the demolition project.
Bids were taken under advisement and will be passed on to the Unsafe Building Board. They will also be turned over to the board’s attorney Jeannette Surrisi and will then be reviewed and awarded at the Unsafe Building Board meeting on Thursday, July 28th at 9 a.m.
