On Friday, July 14th at approximately 5:05 in the evening Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a reckless driver that was driving on the wrong side of the road and had disregarded a traffic signal.

The vehicle was located and stopped on West Madison Street west of North Michigan Street.

During an investigation, 45-year-old Nicki Holtzman of 805 Baker Street was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana.

Holtzman was held on a $1,500 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
