On Thursday, July 7th Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded at about 6:50 in the evening to the report of a reckless driver that was speeding and hitting construction cones in the construction area on US 30.

The suspect vehicle was located at the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street. The driver was identified as 42-year-old Melissa Goodrich of Knox. After an investigation, Goodrich was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Dealing in Methamphetamine. She was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
