The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday evening in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall. 

The Plan Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m.  Members will consider an amendment to sign ordinances.  Also on the agenda is the request of Mike and Judy Delp to re-plat the Rock Subdivision on South Michigan Road in an R-2 zoning district.   The Muffleys of 106 South Third Street is seeking a re-plat of Roses Additional in a traditional residential district.   

The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a request of American Container at 2526 Western Avenue for a variance of development standard to allow for a 10-foot setback to construct an addition to the building.   Members will also hear the request of Cassandra Masterson to allow a special use to operate the Little Way Montessori School at 222 south Walnut Street in a traditional residential district. 

The Plan Commission and BZA meetings are open to the public and held in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.
