The charging information and probable cause affidavit for 19-year-old Nathaniel Bradley of Plymouth detail the events of Friday, June 17th that ended with him being lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $150,000 cash bond.

Detective Nick Laffoon spoke with Mr. Bradley at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and initially admitted to taking the 6-year-old female for a ride on his moped although he denied having any sexual contact with the juvenile or strangling her.  Continuing with the interview, Nathaniel Bradley later admitted to taking the child from her property to a rural area without obtaining permission.  He also stated that he had led the child to a hunting enclosure on a rural property.  Once there, Bradley admitted to having sexual contact with the female juvenile.

Nathaniel Bradley is currently being housed in the Marshall County Jail with two counts of Child Molesting as a level 3 Felonies, a single count of Child Molesting as a level 4 Felony, a single count of Kidnapping, and one count of Strangulation as a level 6 Felony. 

Nathaniel Bradley will have his initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court I by Judge Robert Bowen on Tuesday, June 28th at 9 a.m.  The hearing will be through the video system between the jail and the courthouse.
