On Friday, June 17th, around 8:20 in the evening Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call from a female in the LaPaz area who advised her juvenile daughter had been assaulted by a 19-year-old male. When officers arrived on the scene they spoke to the female and her daughter.

Officers eventually located 19-year-old Nathanial Bradley who lives on 3rd Road in LaPaz.

After interviews and investigation, Bradley was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he is being held for two counts of Level 1 Felony Child Molesting, a Level 4 Felony charge of Child Molesting, a Level 5 Felony for Kidnapping, and a Level 6 Felony for Strangulation.

Nathanial Bradley was given a court date in Marshall Superior Court I and a bond of $150,000.
