55-year-old Raymond Connolly of Tuckahoe, NY was located at the Red Rock Inn Monday, June 6th at about 1 a.m.

Connolly had an active Kosciusko County warrant for Criminal Recklessness and Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident. During the arrest, Connolly fled on foot but was shortly apprehended.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for the new charge of Resisting Law Enforcement with a $750 cash bond.  He was also held on the K County warrants. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
