Marshall County Sheriff Matthew Hassel is proud to announce that Austin Dilts, of Culver, has been selected by the Indiana Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Committee to receive a $750.00 scholarship.
The Indiana Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Fund was established for the purpose of receiving, investing, and dispensing funds to provide college scholarships to qualified students who are committed to pursuing an education and career in the law enforcement field. There were 40 scholarships awarded by the Indiana Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Fund this year.
Austin is a senior at Culver Military Academy and will be graduating in June. Austin will be attending I.U.P.U.I. this fall to study Forensic Science and Investigations.
