On Sunday, May 29th at approximately 12:04 AM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at North Michigan and Novelty Streets on a vehicle after it committed a series of traffic infractions.
The driver, 22-year-old Renan Gutierrez Mencia of Plymouth was arrested for operating a vehicle while never licensed.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
