On Friday, May 27th at approximately 7:47 PM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a theft that occurred at Walmart.
Walmart loss prevention had 48-year-old Adam Pittman of Lake Worth, FL detained. He was arrested for theft and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
