Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Plymouth man early Friday morning following a traffic stop on U.S. 30 west of U.S. 31.
At about 1:15 41-year-old Cotey Miller of Cook Street in Plymouth for Operating While Intoxicated. He was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
