21-year-old Kylie L. Buzzard of North Plum Street in Plymouth was arrested by Plymouth Police on Tuesday, May 10th at 8:48 p.m.
Kylie Buzzard was arrested at Walmart, 2505 North Oak Drive for theft by Officer Gilmer. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail
