Marshall County Alcohol Beverage Commission Approves Renewals and a Transfer

On Wednesday the Marshall County Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) board met in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building at 10 a.m. 

Four renewals were automatically approved because they had no violations.  Those four were Aker Outdoor Products Inc. better known as Culver Marina Boardwalk Grill; Jamieson’s Town & Country Package Liquors LLC better known as Town & County Liquor in Culver, Swan Lakes Holdings LLC known as the Swan Lake Resort, and the Culver VFW. 

The local alcohol board approved the transfer request from The Trap at Pretty Lake to Fat Katz LLC. 

The final agenda item was a new application for a Beer, Wine & Liquor permit for the Rees Theatre Inc.  This application was postponed until next month because the state is still considering the Civic Center alcohol permit application in conjunction with the City of Plymouth.  The Rees application is contingent upon the state’s approval that a Civic Center permit is applicable. 

The next meeting of the Marshall County Alcohol Beverage Commission is Tuesday, June 7^th at 10 a.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
