26-year-old Lesther Castro-Guzman of Indianapolis was stopped on a traffic stop on US 30 near Pioneer Drive Monday, May 2nd at about 4 p.m. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested Lesther Castro-Guzman for operating a vehicle while never licensed.
