49-year-old Randall Kirby of Harding Street in Bremen is a registered sex offender having been convicted of Child Exploitation. He is classified as an Offender against Children and required to register annually or any change of information within 72 hours.
During an investigation by Detective Jeff Snyder, it was found that Kirby failed to register his current employment as required.
On Monday, April 18th, Kirby was located and taken into custody for the offense and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He is currently being held with no bond for a violation of Community Corrections having committed a new offense.
