Walorski Statement on Protecting Girls’ and Women’s Sports

U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.) issued the following statement after Governor Eric Holcomb vetoed Indiana House Bill 1041.

“I understand firsthand the importance of protecting athletic opportunities for girls and women,” said Congresswoman Jackie Walorski. “I’m disappointed Governor Holcomb vetoed key protections for girls’ and women’s sports in Indiana.”

Walorski represents the 2nd Congressional District of Indiana, serving as a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and the Ranking Member of the House Ethics Committee.
