32-year-old Casey Whitehurst of Warsaw is a registered sex offender having been convicted of Sexual Battery. He is classified as a sex offender with a Lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender any change of information including but not limited to address, phone number, and employment within 72 hours of the change.
During a random employment verification check it was found that the offender’s employment was terminated more than a month prior, and Casey Whitehurst failed to register his change of employment as required with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
A warrant for his arrest was issued for the crime of Failure to Register as a sex offender – level 6 felony. He was located and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on March 16th. He was held with NO BOND.
