On Saturday, March 12th about 1:20 in the morning, Carlos Mcgowan, 21, of Plymouth was arrested on a traffic stop near the intersection of Lincolnway East and Leslie Dr.
McGowan was arrested for driving while license was suspended. He was driving with a prior charge within in the last 10 years.
Carols Mcgowan was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
