On Friday, February 25 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Plymouth officers were dispatched to a theft from Walmart.

A suspect description and vehicle description were provided by a Walmart Asset Protection associate.

Officer Stamper was able to locate the suspect vehicle and conduct an investigation.

The three individuals arrested for theft were Montrell Baker age 29 from Rochester, 30-year old Steven Colindres from West Lafayette and Neosha Thompson, 31 from Rochester.  They were transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
