The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening February 28th beginning at 6 p.m.

The agenda includes reports from Board of Works members and the mayor along with city department heads.  The Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson will make his recommendation on pick-up trucks for the water and wastewater departments.  Also on the agenda is the City Attorney and the Clerk-Treasurer who will present a resolution to write off delinquent and uncollectable water, wastewater, garbage and stormwater bills. 

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.  They begin with reports by council members followed by the mayor and council members.  The Clerk-Treasurer will present and ordinance amendment for the 2022 Salary Ordinance.

The City Attorney will lead a discussion of the COVID Policy and the Clerk-Treasurer will ask for a cancellation of outstanding warrant.

Under Other Business is a Stellar Communities Update, Uniform Conflict of Interest and the AT&T Mobility Services and associated AT&T business entities.

The final item is the Privilege of the Floor for the public to speak on agenda items only.

The city meetings are held in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.  Those participating should enter through the Garro Street doors and move to the second floor.
