On Sunday, February 20th about 6:30 in the evening officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Jefferson Street and Lincolnway East for a property damage accident.

35-year-old David Knudson’s vehicle rear-ended a stopped vehicle at that intersection. During the investigation, Knudson was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated. Knudson was held on a $1,500 cash bond and given a initial hearing in Marshall County Superior Court 2 on March 1st.
