Students and staff at Lincoln Junior High School will host their fourth Lincoln Leads event this Saturday, February 19th from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the school. 

Members of Lincoln Leads are inviting the community to shake off the cold and come into the school and use their amazing facilities including the gym, walking track, fitness room, and they will have complimentary yoga classes that will be offered by a registered yoga teacher. 

Chair yoga for adults will be conducted at 9:15. This gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.  Benefits of chair yoga include improved flexibility, better concentration, increased strength, a boost in your mood, reduced stress and joint strain. 

Kids yoga, ages 5 to 12 will be at 10:30 and adult yoga at 11:30.

Those in the community who want to participate should park in the main lot between the new Lincoln Junior High and the former building and enter through door #15.

There is no cost to participate.
