Tuesday evening the Plymouth Plan Commission heard the request of Tom and Lesley Langfeldt for a minor subdivision of two lots. The Langfeldts wanted to split the 40+acre parcel at 6149 North Michigan Road into two separate lots.
The Langfeldt’s purchased the property in October 2021 for $356,000 and would like to divide it into a 25.26-acre lot and a 15.05-acre lot. He said he may sell off the 25-acre parcel which has a home and outbuilding on it and keep the smaller parcel for his own recreational use.
There were no comments during the public hearing and the Plymouth Plan Commission approved the Langfeldt’s request to create a minor subdivision of two lots.
