Saint Joseph Health System is hosting a vaccine clinic for first, second and booster COVID vaccines. Those older than five years old are able to receive first and second doses. Boosters are available to those 12 and older in line with CDC guidelines.
To expedite your visit, please register at ourshot.in.gov. If you need assistance registering, call the Saint Joseph Health System COVID hotline at (574) 335-8560. Walk-ins are also welcome. Please bring your insurance card if you have one.
The vaccine clinic in Plymouth will be held at the LifePlex on Friday, January 28, from 3 pm to 6 pm. The LifePlex is located at 2855 Miller Drive in Plymouth.
