Marshall County Auditor Julie Fox presented the 2021 Statement of Revenues and Expenditures to the County Commissioners during their meeting on Tuesday. 

The total revenues received during 2021, for all funds was $111,160,169.77.  This number does include the ARP (American Rescue Plan) funding of $4.5 million.

Fox said the total expenses were $104,704,468.34. 

Fox said, “In 2021 revenues again exceeded expenditures and Marshall County remains in good standing.”  Employee 2021 wage expense for all funds total $10,406,533.86, this number includes both full and part-time employees.

The County Auditor said, “Even though we had several large expenses with Highway funding and the courthouse renovation projects, we were still able to come in slightly under budget.”
