On Sunday, January 16th, just before 5 p.m. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Plymouth Walmart for the report of a suspicious male subject that was in the business and believed to possibly be under the influence.
Following a police investigation,41-yearol-old Robert Wise Jr. of Chicago was arrested for Possession of Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication. It was also learned that Robert Wise had an outstanding arrest warrant from Tippecanoe County.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
