FREE Women’s Self Defense Seminar Saturday at Integrity Academy

Integrity Academy of Martial Arts will host a FREE Women’s Self Defense seminar this Saturday, January 15^th at noon. 

Chip Dean said the goal of the class is to teach women to be aware of their surroundings, increase their safety and be able to defend themselves.  He said they will teach women how to free themselves from various holds and show them kicks and strikes they can use to fend off an attacker. 

While this seminar only provides an overview of basic self defense it’s enough to save someone.  Additional training opportunities will be discussed during the seminar.  Dean says the training is appropriate for any female from third grade on up through senior citizens.
