Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Friday, January 7th at approximately 8:15 at night near the intersection of North Oak Drive and Jim Neu Drive.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 24-year-old Jeri Martinez Moraga of Indianapolis.
Mr. Martinez Moraga was arrested for Operating a Vehicle while Never Licensed. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $100 cash bond. His bond was paid about 10:30 Friday night and he was released with an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on January 25th.
