A 38-year-old Plymouth man is behind bars after city police investigated a complaint of a Battery.
About 1 a.m. Sunday, January 2nd Officer Baker responded to the 600 block of West Adams Street for the report of a domestic battery.
After an investigation, Miguel Garcia was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Battery.
