The Plymouth Plan Commission will conduct their monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 4th at 7 p.m. in the second-floor Council Chambers of City Hall. 

Agenda for the meeting includes consideration of a minor subdivision of two lots by Plymouth Center Limited Partnership or Chase Properties, the owners of the strip mall. 

The request is to separate off the Tractor Supply Company from the mall into an individual lot and the grassy island between the TSC parking lot and Lowe’s parking lot into a second lot of over 1 acre.

The property is zoned Corridor Commercial.

A public hearing will be conducted, and the Plymouth Plan Commission will take comments from the audience on this request. 

Those attending the Plan Commission meeting should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor for the meeting.
