On Sunday, December 26, at 2:15 in the morning Plymouth Police Officers received a report of a wrong way driver on US 30 going westbound in the eastbound lanes.

Officer Baker located the vehicle at US 30 and Oak Road.

During an investigation it was determined that the driver was under the influence. Payton Johnston, 25, of Crown Point was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
