Plymouth Police investigated a theft complaint on Friday, December 10th that led to the arrest of two individuals from Plymouth.

Sergeant Joe Deisch located the suspect vehicle at 2255 North Oak Drive about 2:48 in the afternoon. 

32-year-old Kristal Terrones of East Lake Avenue in Plymouth was arrested for Theft and Possession of a Legend Drug.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid about 11:30 that evening and she was released with an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court III on January 18th.

Also arrested during this incident was 29-year-old Miguel Hernandez of the same East Lake Avenue address.  Mr. Hernandez was arrested for violation of Home Detention.  He was held in the Marshall County Jail with NO BOND. 

     Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
