The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday, December 6th at 8:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, the quarterly report from Clyde Avery Emergency Management Director and a request from Sheriff Matt Hassel to apply for the Marine Patrol Assistance Grant. 

The commissioners will also hear a request from Faith Freed from the County Health Department to apply for a Crisis Go Ag and Supplemental Workforce in School grant.

County Attorney Jim Clevenger will report to the commissioners and the County Auditor will present the November meeting minutes and December claims for approval.  The commissioners will also accept the annual nepotism compliance forms and disclosures.

At 10:30 the Commissioner and Highway Superintendent will open annual bids.

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
