Bremen Police Arrest Mishawaka Man for Criminal Conversion

Bremen Police arrested a Mishawaka Man on Monday, November 29^th following a traffic stop.

28-year-old Dyllen A. Eggert was stopped at West Plymouth Street and Bowen Avenue late morning on the 29^th.  Following an investigation, he was arrested for Criminal Conversion and also held for two warrants out of St. Joseph County and a warrant from Elkhart County.

Dyllen Eggert was lodged in the Marshall County jail for the Criminal Conversion charge and held on a $500 cash bond.    

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
