Plymouth Police responded to a call of a vehicle driving with no headlights about 6:45 Sunday night.
The vehicle was located and stopped at Plum and Washington Streets. The driver, 28-year-old Cynthia Yohana of Harrison Street in Plymouth was arrested for Operator Never Licensed. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $100 cash bond. Her bond was posted about 9:30 and she was released with an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on January 4th.
