Officer Baker with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a 24-year-old man on Friday, November 26th for Domestic Battery.

About 12:30 in the morning Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 100 block of West LaPorte Street to the report of a domestic disturbance.

After investigation by Officer Baker, Aaron Hall of North Michigan Street was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Domestic Battery and Strangulation.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond and was released with NO Judicial Review on November 28th about 12:30 in the morning. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
