Thursday, an autopsy was performed on Leo Cullen, 43, an inmate who died on Wednesday at the Miami Correctional Facility.
The autopsy conducted by Dr. Latanja Watkins, a forensic pathologist, determined that Cullen’s death was a homicide caused by blood loss from multiple stab wounds.
Investigators are conducting an active homicide investigation.
