At approximately 9:30 Tuesday night, November 16th Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Economy Inn at 2535 North Michigan Street for a male on the property who had previously been trespassed.

Officer Beatty began an investigation which resulted in the arrest of 23-year-old Westin Bush of Culver.  He was taken into custody for Battery and Trespassing and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.  Bush will appear in Marshall Superior Court II on December 21st
